We wanted to say an enormous thank you for arranging the best holiday ever! It suited our family to perfection. You listened to exactly what we needed and wanted from our special family holiday and delivered the most wonderful experience filled holiday ever. As we are not well travelled we were a little anxious about picking a long haul destination but Costa Rica was absolutely amazing. The Costa Rican people were friendly and helpful, staff always went out of their way to help and guide us. The hotels were fab, the activities were brilliant and the food was delicious.

Claire organised an amazing trip for us, to celebrate retirement. There were many facets to this trip, including Singapore, Tasmania and both the North and South Islands of New Zealand. She included all of our requirements/ requests and much more besides. Everything went to plan, including the lovely extra touches like being met at the airport after a 13 hour flight! She was very responsive to questions and enquiries, everything went to plan and more importantly we had the most incredible experience without worrying if things were going to work as planned. Claire organised our rail trip to and around Slovenia in September 2024.

Every aspect of the holiday was meticulously planned and we had the reassuring back up of a local travel company contactable on WhatsApp. All travelling went according to plan:- the chosen hotels were a delight and we had a relaxing time secure in the knowledge that every aspect had been carefully thought about. Claire listens to your ideas and wishes and weaves them into a super experience. We were thrilled with it all and have started exploring ideas with her for 2025

I cannot explain how wonderful all our trips with Claire have been. We first were made aware of Claire's services when visiting family in Japan, she seamlessly wove our stays with family with exploring other aspects of Japan. 

Following our Japanese adventure we were inspired to travel again with our just about teens, this time Claire supported an epic coast to coast adventure across Costa Rica which encompassed all the needs of the family and exceeded all expectations. Since then Claire has organised almost all of our travel, from finding us the perfect villa for big teenagers and their friends in one hit - even though we had been searching for the perfect place for weeks, we thought it didn't exist but Claire sorted. 

Claire has facilitated our conversion to travelling through Europe by train and every step of every adventure has been all you hope for from travelling, from the sleeper train that boards a ferry to Sicily, grownup backpacking tours of Italy, and even a ski and city break by train with friends. We have never been let down or disappointed - I can't say that about all I have ever booked! 

Even when there was train/tunnel access issue booking through Claire meant we had support from the right people to ensure if anything did go wrong we would be able to make it right. 

I cannot recommend more. We tell all our friends to use Claire, mostly because it seems like fun when you start looking for your next adventure but it quickly becomes a chore that has the potential to disappoint. Plum travel has never disappointed. We have already got Claire on the case for our next trip.
